S. Gupta, MD Inc. is located in La Cañada. We accept most PPOs, Medicare and other insurances. HMO patients need to contact their primary care physician before they can see Dr. Gupta. If you have any questions about the insurance and billing please call the office at (818) 249-7200 .

The office is open Monday thru Thursday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. On Friday it is open 8:00 AM to 12:00 Noon. The office is closed for lunch from 12:00 to 2:00.
Allergy shots are given during the following hours only.
Monday: 9:00 to Noon and 1:30 PM to 5:00 PM
Tuesday: 8:30 AM to Noon
Wednesday: 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM
Thursday: 9:00 to Noon and 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM
