Our office is located in La Cañada. We accept most PPOs, Medicare and other insurances. HMO patients need to contact their primary care physician before they can see Dr. Gupta. If you have any questions about insurance or billing please call the office at (818) 249-7200 . Office Hours The office is open Monday thru Thursday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. On Friday, it is open 8:00 AM to 12:00 Noon. The office is closed for lunch from 12:00 to 2:00. Allergy Shot Hours Please call to make appointment for Allergy shots.
